New Build
We have extensive knowledge of all elements required for new build projects in all forms of constraction including steel and concrete frames and traditonal constrution technics.
Structural Opening
Our Calculations and Drawings will be ready to be submitted for approval.
Calculations
Full structural calculations for steel beams, lintels, foundations and timber floors and roofs for building regulations approval — including retrospective calculations for work that is already built.
Structural Engineer’s Reports
Structural reports for mortgage lenders, condition reports for rented properties and assessments of structural defects, normally within 5 days of the site visit.
