Richard was just what I needed. He came, he saw, he measured and the drawings arrived later…. (We had a small admin hiccup/delay when the wrong drawings/invoice arrived – but that was sorted.) Richard was particularly helpful in looking at the bigger picture and how my kitchen wall removal/RSJ insertion job would affect the rest of the house structure around it – and giving advice on what needed to be done.

Really great experience working with Richard. He is flexible with his time, always finding the time to speak with us after work hours, and charging us after the work was complete and we were happy with it. Very professional and trustworthy. He also gave good suggestions to the build which may have potentially reduced costs and he made an effort to come and meet with our builder to talk through plans and possibility. Through the planning phase we changed a design element and Richard was very accommodating and reasonable with charges for additional work.
