He is flexible with his time, always finding the time to speak with us after work hours, and charging us after the work was complete and we were happy with it. Very professional and trustworthy. He also gave good suggestions to the build which may have potentially reduced costs and he made an effort to come and meet with our builder to talk through plans and possibility. Through the planning phase we changed a design element and Richard was very accommodating and reasonable with charges for additional work.
