RM-DMS were commissioned buy the building owner to design the structure for a scheme including residential apartments over a Retail store below.Due to planning conditions the façade of the existing structure facing the road and the adjoining petrol station were required to be retained and a temporary restraint frame was designed to hold up the brickwork façade while the internal structure was demolished and rebuilt.
