This old factory had been emply for quite a while before it was purchased by Duplo Property.
We were commisioned to assess the existing structure and provide a design for the spanning members to deal with the cladding and the new roof stucture.
The roof was extensively covered with solar panels and there intergration was considered during the design.
The suitability of the floors in the existing 3 storey office building was also considered and remedial works proposed as found to be required.
The practice also helped to sourse the cladding, windows, internal doors.
