This project involved the construction of 3 New Build luxury houses 2 semi detached and one detached.
The semis were constructed with an insitu concrete basement, traditional masonry and insitu concrete floors.
It was identified on site that the form of construction was not progressing at an adequate pace and we were requested to come up with a system to increase the construction of the 3 unit, thus a steel frame was designed with precast concrete floors, allowing the roof and masonry to be worked upon at the same time.
The large house also had a basement swimming pool added and a design was produced using ground anchors a steel frame and precast concrete retaining wall units to provide this space and a ground floor terrace.
