RM DMS was commissioned to design the structures and drainage for this residential development in Wimbledon.
Due to the presence of so many trees careful foundation design was required to ensure the no damage was done to the roots but ensure the stability of the new build section.
The refurbishment of the old house exposed many un-expected details and challenges and close dialogue and cooperation with the Contractor was necessary to manage each one while the works progressed on site.
