Between 1993 and 1998 Richard Millar was design engineer for many pub and resturant developments including the Welland Lodge near Market Harborough.
He through his partnership at the time delt with many projects involving listed buildings and the reoval of large masonry walls and chimney breasts to open the areas within the pubs for the conversions into eating houses.
